Withdrawal Policy

The child care centre Supervisor must be notified in writing a minimum of one month prior to the withdrawal of a child. When a child is withdrawn, two weeks enrollment fee will be paid to Franco-Sol.

Please be advised that should the form not be completed, you will be required to pay for scheduled days.

Withdrawal Form

This is to advise Franco-Sol Garderie et Centre de Ressources, that I am withdrawing my child/children, From the Franco-Sol Garderie et Centre de Ressources specified location effective on the date specified.
