      Nicole Anderson (Sleiman) is in Corporate Initiatives at ENWIN Utilities. Having attended elementary and high school within the CSC Providence school board, Nicole returned back to the region after completing her post-secondary and post-graduate studies. With an MBA, Nicole specializes in business strategy. Her husband and her own Ignite Health, a chiropractic, fitness and wellness clinic in Tecumseh and have two children.

      A member of the administration committee for several years, Manon is the director of business services for the Conseil Scolaire Catholique Providence. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Windsor and is a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA). Her education and work experience allow her to contribute to high quality governance and other committee mandates. Manon is proud to be francophone and strongly believes in the importance of the role that Franco-Sol plays in the formative years of our little ones.

      Nicole has served on the Franco-Sol Board of Directors since 2017. She studied political science at the University of Windsor and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in 2013, then went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor in 2016. She is a partner at Ricci, Enns, Rollier & Setterington LLP in Leamington.

      Aimée Parent Dunn is the owner and publisher of Palimpsest Press, a small literary press located in Windsor Ontario. A traditional publishing company, Palimpsest Press publishes and distributes best-selling poetry, fiction and non-fiction from established and emerging authors from across Canada. Aimée has a BA from the University of Windsor and a Graduate Certificate in Publishing from Ryerson University. She has been an active member of the BookFest/Festival du livre Windsor programming committee for four years. A Francophone, Aimée believes in promoting and encouraging French language education. She has been on the board of Franco-Sol for two years. She lives in Windsor with her husband and two children.

      Thérèse Derdaele Gadoury is a mother of three and the step-mother of six. She is a grandmother of sixteen and the great-grandmother of one. Thérèse has worked at several of the Franco-Sol locations, most often she was found at one of the Tecumseh locations. Thérèse worked in a supervisory position as well as a front line staff. She has also represented Franco-Sol at meeting Windsor Essex county and surrounding counties. 

      Thérèse is enjoying retirement since 2012. She has been a Board of Directors Member since 2014.

      Board Member

      Jennifer Quenneville has been a Franco-Sol Board member since 2018.  She previously worked for Franco-Sol at various locations as an ECE in the classroom and as a supervisor, her daughters also began their French education while attending Franco-Sol. Her desire to give back to the company led her to join the Board of Directors. She is currently an elementary teacher with the GECDSB, proudly supporting French language education in early primary classrooms. She and her husband stay busy with the many practices, games and tournaments that are part of girls’ hockey and competitive soccer. Jennifer also volunteers as the treasurer for the Parent Council at her daughters school.

      Seita Sadoo-Thomas joined the board of directors of Franco-Sol Garderie et Centre de Ressources in 2017. She is currently the Program Coordinator for the Science, Engineering, Art and Technology (SEAT) Program at Women’s Enterprise Skills Training of Windsor Inc. Previously, Seita worked as a consultant at W5 ( Windsor Women Working with Immigrant Women). Seita holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education (Honours) from Andrews University and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Technology Management from the University of New Brunswick. She enjoys working with youth and young women to help them become the best version of themselves through leadership training and development and empowerment. Seita believes in the importance of giving back to the community through mentoring and community engagement, applying her skills and knowledge to inspire others to reach their full potential.

      Renée Alexander has been a member of the board of directors of Franco-Sol Garderie since 2019.
      While starting her family, Renée and her husband were able to depend on Franco-Sol for quality,
      french child care for their two daughters. Once her daughters needed part-time jobs, Franco-Sol
      hired them to work in their daycares. Raised in a francophone family with strong ties to their
      community, giving back is important. Renée is proud to help further the company’s growth.
      She has worked for CSC Providence as a school administrative assistant since 2004, currently
      working at Sainte-Marguerite d’Youville.
      She and her husband enjoy traveling, camping, and spending time with family.

      Princess started at Women’s Enterprise Skill Training of Windsor Inc. (WEST) in the Employment Service Department as is a Participant Service Specialist. She was later promoted to the position of Job Developer and Industry Placement Specialist in the Young Women in LEAD Program as the Job Developer and Placement where she is in the position of helping young women from all walks of life to achieve their career goals. She is also the Treasurer and a member of the planning committee for the organization, Women Supporting Women. Ca. In addition, Princess also manages the Social Media marketing for Windsor West India Association among other things.

      Since 2006, Joe (Giuseppe) Balsamo has been helping people in the financial industry.  He has had experience at a local credit union, a major bank, and is now an Investment and Insurance Advisor with Manulife Securities. Joe was born and raised in Windsor and has chosen to remain in the community with his wife and two children.  Both of his children have attended and thrived in the Franco-Sol program.  His motivation to be involved with his children and community has guided him to join as a Board Member.
